Appointment slots are released monthly between 15th - 20th and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the original appointment time. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new deposit.
You may reschedule your appointment within the same month. Rescheduling to a different month will require a new deposit.
A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost, with the remaining balance payable in cash on the day of your appointment.
If payment is made via bank transfer, a £5 transfer fee will apply.
Please note: no deposit means no appointment will be scheduled.
We are based in Brixton. The full address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
Paid parking can be found onsite or on surrounding roads. Please allow enough time to find parking
At Neca’s Hair Lounge, our ponytail styling service begins with straightening your natural hair. To achieve the best results, clients must arrive with hair that is completely free of products, including oils, moisturisers, and leave-in conditioners. Hair must be freshly washed within 1–2 days prior to the appointment.
Clients reusing bundles must ensure they are thoroughly cleansed and properly brushed out before their service.

Premium appointments booked before 12:00 PM or from 5:00 PM onwards incur an additional £20 fee.
Appointments scheduled on Sundays and Mondays incur an additional £30 fee.
Appointments booked before 10am will incur a £50 extra fee.
Emergency appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance incur a £30 fee.
Booking a time slot via Instagram DM or email that is not listed on the availability schedule also incurs a £30 fee.
Appointments booked on the following dates incur an additional £20 fee:

Good Friday & Easter
To maintain a calm and professional environment, no additional guests or plus-ones are permitted at appointments.
Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late will incur a £10 fee.
Arrivals up to 20 minutes late will incur a £20 fee.
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled.
